Being the ideal tool for information and calculation, MatILDa® supports users in fields as diverse as metallurgical and plant engineering, automotive industry, aviation and aerospace industry, medical technology, defense engineering as well as research and development divisions and universities.
The flexible and modular structure of MatILDa® can be configured according to customer requirements. Three different modules offer a wide range of information on materials for the various areas of application:
For steels the modules Properties
are available. They include calculations of material properties related to heating and forming processes, recrystallized fraction as well as grain sizes and phase transformation. The material data base MatILDa®
contains common low carbon steels as C35 or C45 (AISI 1035 or AISI 1045), case hardening steels like 16MnCr5 (AISI 5115) as well as quenched and tempered steels like 42CrMo4 (AISI 4140) or high alloyed steels like X5CrNi18-10 (AISI 304). Just have a look at our materials catalogue
Special materials: titanium, nickel, cobalt and their alloys
For titanium, nickel, cobalt and their alloys the modules Properties
contains extensive information about material properties related to heating and forming processes, recrystallization behaviour and grain sizes. Discover titanium materials such as TiAl6V4 (ASTM grade 5) as well as various nickel-based alloys such as Inconel 600, 625 and 718 (alloy 600 / 2.4816, alloy 625 / UNS N06625 and alloy 718 / UNS N07718) or NiMn5 (2.4116) in our database. Just have a look at our materials catalogue
Non-ferrous materials: aluminum, copper and magnesium and their alloys
For the non-metal alloys of aluminum, copper and magnesium the module Properties
comprises information on material properties related to heating and forming processes. Material properties are available for common alloys such as AlMg3 (3.3535 / 5754) or CuZn37 (2.0320 / CW508L / CZ108). Just have a look at our materials catalogue
Expandable to include further materials
Information on additional materials can be included upon request: tin, zinc, cadmium and lead alloys.
